Account Creation and Access

Billing Information

When you purchase a subscription to our Services, you will be asked to provide your payment information, such as your name, credit card number, and billing address. This information is transmitted directly to our payment processor and is not stored by Headstarter. However, for billing purposes, we may store a record of your purchase, including the date of your transaction and the last 4 digits of your card number.

Voluntary Correspondence

When you contact us via email for customer service or other questions, we may store our correspondence with you, including your email address, messages, and attachments. This allows us to fulfill your request.

We may also store information that you volunteer. For example, you may provide your email address or respond to a survey. If you participate in user testing or interviews, we may request your permission to record and transcribe the session for future reference. We will only do so with your express consent.

User-Generated Content

To provide our services, we store user-generated content such as lesson progress, assignment submissions, and interactions with our AI conversational agent. Additionally, to personalize your instruction and improve our product, we may analyze your user-generated content using artificial intelligence and other automated means.

Headstarter employees may manually review your user-generated content to improve our products and services. Please do not share sensitive information with our AI conversational agent or through any other user-generated content on our platform.
